Reaching out for help and seeking therapy can be hard (I've been there). As a first-generation Latina, I am passionate about breaking the stigma of mental health and helping you break through patterns of generational trauma to guide you to discover your strengths.
My focus
I help individuals within the BIPOC community move through the effects of family and relationship trauma that often show up as low self-worth, anxiety, depression, and people-pleasing behaviors. I hold space for your experiences with empathy while also challenging the patterns that keep you in a cycle.
