I work with pre-teens, adolescents, young adults, adults, and couples. I specialize in anxiety, depression, life adjustment struggles, stress, postpartum mood, cultural issues, and trauma disorders. Together, we discuss anxiety, fears, physical symptoms, depressed mood, prenatal mood changes, trauma, relational strain, cultural realities, and confidence struggles in life phases.
My approach
First, we get to know your struggles, experiences, strengths, and goals in life. Next, we focus on things that disrupt quality living, most often. As symptoms reduce, sessions will decrease. This allows you to use skills learned through life's ups and downs, confidently; then we close services as you are strong in applying skills.
