I am a dedicated therapist who believes in treating the whole person and helping people get their lives on track with less stress and anxiety from the stressful world we live in.
My approach
My approach to therapy involves being a strong believer in boundaries and helping my clients create healthier boundaries in each of their relationships. I also like to establish clear goals for therapy and work with my clients toward reaching their dreams and aspirations in the early, middle, and later stages of life.
My focus
I specialize in working with individuals and treating a range of issues including anger management, anxiety, autism spectrum disorders, bipolar disorder, depression, divorce, grief, panic attacks, parenting challenges, relationship issues, self-esteem, stress, suicidal ideation, trauma, and PTSD.

My communication style is that of an advocate for you. I want you to find joy and passion in your life.
My journey to mental healthcare
I completed my clinical training hours for licensure between September 2006 and July 2009.

My goals for you in therapy are to help you establish healthier relationships, manage stress and anxiety more effectively, work towards your dreams and aspirations, and ultimately find more joy and passion in your life.
