My approach to therapy involves being a strong believer in boundaries and helping my clients create healthier boundaries in each of their relationships. I also like to establish clear goals for therapy and work with my clients toward reaching their dreams and aspirations in the early, middle, and later stages of life.

I specialize in working with individuals and treating a range of issues including anger management, anxiety, autism spectrum disorders, bipolar disorder, depression, divorce, grief, panic attacks, parenting challenges, relationship issues, self-esteem, stress, suicidal ideation, trauma, and PTSD.

I completed my clinical training hours for licensure between September 2006 and July 2009.
