Hi there, I'm Jeremy!

I offer services to a diverse population struggling with anxiety, depression, life adjustments, and limiting self-beliefs. I employ a variety of modalities to help you effect positive change and build effective coping skills.

My focus

I work with individuals who are at an impasse and are ready for change. Clients challenged with limiting self-beliefs, life adjustments, anxiety, and depression have been a strong fit in my practice. I support people learning to patiently challenge distorted thinking and irrational assumptions.

My approach

I use Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to shape our clinical dialogue in each session. These methods are delivered with a humanistic, client-centered touch that prioritizes your unique needs and goals.
