My journey to mental healthcare

My interest in therapy began when I saw its positive impact on someone in my own family. Through my experience, I fulfill my goal of helping others along their path to emotional, mental, and overall well-being.

Change is seldom linear, which is why I emphasize even the smallest victory. Using a strengths-based model, we focus on your resiliency while addressing barriers. Therapy is about reaching goals and the discoveries we make along the way.

Our first session

During our first session, you'll tell me about yourself, why you're here, and what you hope to achieve. We'll establish your goals and vision for your future. I may give you strategies for addressing any immediate symptoms you're experiencing.
