Your goals will become the motivation for change. I'll help you challenge existing patterns and mental constructs that hinder your progress.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was attracted to this field because of the death of a close friend. I always wondered how different my friend's life might have turned out if he only had some support. As I worked in community organizations, I repeatedly received requests for emotional support but was limited by my professional scope.
