I work with adults and specialize in relationship issues, depression, grief, anxiety, and trauma recovery using a variety of approaches to ensure you get the treatment that will resonate most with you, helping you reach your goals.

My focus

I work with adults as they navigate the challenges of life transitions and living up to societal and cultural expectations. I am to support my clients move through these transition periods and build the skills they need to feel better about themselves and live confidently in their truth.

My approach

I most frequently use Somatic therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, informed by Polyvagal Theory and Attachment Theory. I am also a Certified Yoga Teacher, have a certificate in Somatic Psychotherapy, and enjoy supporting clients in cultivating their mind and body connection.
