Hi there, I'm Christina!

My approach to therapy is one where I walk alongside my clients rather than direct them. My area of focus is substance use disorders, codependency issues, inner-child work through a trauma-focused lens, and serving veterans and first responders.

My focus

I typically work with adults of all ages with a focus on trauma, addiction/alcoholism, codependency, and marital and/or parental struggles.

My approach

The client is the expert of their life, and I am the willing sounding board that guides them through their healing journey and cheers them on with each step taken. I use TF-CBT, inner-child work, narrative therapy, and other approaches that are unique to each individual.
