I communicate from a place of authenticity, curiosity, and humility. I deeply value collaboration, as you are the expert in your own lived experience. Through building a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, true healing can come.

My journey to mental healthcare

After experiencing my own challenges with food, body image, depression, and anxiety, I found my calling to be a therapist. Witnessing vulnerability, strength, and growth in therapy is a true gift. Through the care I provide, I hope to advocate for a more just and equitable place for all people.

My goals for you

Therapy is designed specifically for your needs. My role is to collaborate with you on what feels most meaningful and impactful, then support you in achieving those goals. Goals often change as new challenges emerge—that's okay. We can move at whatever pace feels comfortable.

Our first session

The first session might feel scary or overwhelming—that's totally normal. I cultivate a space that is affirming, warm, and welcoming. I'll share a bit about myself and ask questions to learn more about you and what you hope to get out of therapy.
