I'm passionate about helping those suffering from life's challenges. I've worked with teens who endured severe abuse, adults with CPTSD and suicidality, and families affected by domestic violence. I'm dedicated to being your safe guide through healing so you can move past trauma and live a fulfilling life.
My focus
I prefer working with adults (over 18 years old) from all backgrounds, SES, races, sexual orientations, religions, etc. Also, clients who are motivated and open to participating in a variety of therapeutic interventions.
My approach
I approach therapy as a collaborative effort, creating a safe and non-shaming space to address addictions, disordered eating, and mood disorders. I utilize EMDR, IFS, and compassion-focused therapy to help you achieve your goals.
