Hi there, I'm Kristin!

I work with adolescents, parents, and families using a mixture of therapeutic approaches to help clients make progress and start to feel better. I've always been drawn to helping others and enjoy seeing people thrive when they are able to be the best version of themselves.

My focus

My style and approach tend to be a good fit for pre-teens and older adolescents navigating emotional, social, and family challenges. I also work with adults to help them navigate life transitions and develop skills to manage stressors more effectively, including anxiety, depression, attention and impulse-control disorders, and trauma.

My approach

I take an individualized approach to therapy and tailor my strategies to the needs and identified goals of each client. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, attachment-based therapy, and mindfulness practices to help develop a shared understanding that will guide the therapeutic process.
