I aim for unconditional positive regard. My office is one place where you can be who you are with no apologies. I will meet you where you are and help determine tools and strategies to make your life experience richer.

My journey to mental healthcare

Ever since my undergraduate days, I couldn't imagine being anything else. I still remember the beginning of my junior year when I had to declare a major. I kept returning to psychology and have never looked back. Over the years, I've done many things in the field to validate my choice.

My goals for you

My clients set their own goals. We then work together to bring them to fruition.

Our first session

Aside from the nuts and bolts of informed consent and office policies and procedures, the initial visit is for us to get to know one another a bit better. I will determine if I have sufficient expertise in your particular problems and issues to be of assistance, and you will determine if you believe you and I are a good fit.
