Welcome to my page! I'm so happy that you're here! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California with over 14 years of experience in the mental health field. I received my master's degree from Pepperdine University and have extensive experience working with children and families who have experienced varying degrees of trauma.
My focus
As a Japanese American, I understand how difficult it can be to juggle familial expectations and try to be true to our individual wants and needs. I enjoy working with Asian Americans to help them maneuver through these challenges to become their authentic self.
My approach
I create a safe, supportive space where you can process what you're going through. I connect with people through humor when appropriate, sensitivity, respect, and a nonjudgmental presence no matter what is shared.
