I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, licensed in California since 2009. While I am able to work with clients dealing with a wide variety of mental health concerns, my specialty is currently in health psychology and holistic approaches to chronic pain management, chronic illness, autoimmune disorders, and obesity-related issues.
My focus
I utilize a humanistic, client-centered, holistic approach based on the specific needs of each person. Typically, I work with adults who are dealing with life transitions, stress, caregiver burnout, anxiety, depression, and narcissistic abuse recovery, as well as the bidirectional relationship of these issues and chronic pain or chronic illness.

As a client-centered Humanistic therapist, my approach is based on a non-judgmental, authentic, and genuine approach. Meeting clients where they are at on their journey is most important to ensure clients are comfortable. Therapeutic alliance is key to successful outcomes.
