Have you been struggling with anxiety? Maybe you are feeling depressed, have had a traumatic event, or challenging life transition cause you to doubt yourself or feel stuck in your current situation. These life challenges can be addressed through building coping skills, exploring life goals, and creating a plan for positive growth towards wellness.
My approach
One approach I utilize is Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), designed to shift unhelpful thought patterns to more helpful patterns, building awareness of the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behavior. As we collaborate on your goals, we may also incorporate Mindfulness, or Narrative (life review) interventions, among others, as needed.
