My communication style

I create a space that is warm, grounded, and collaborative. Clients often experience me as both supportive and direct, helping them feel safe while also gently challenging patterns. My goal is to create an environment where insight and meaningful change can develop.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey began in early adolescence through volunteer work with youth, where I discovered a natural connection to helping others. Licensed since 2005, I’m driven by a strong sense of purpose and a commitment to supporting clients in understanding themselves and creating lasting change.

My goals for you

I approach goal setting collaboratively, helping clients identify what meaningful change looks like for them. We create clear, realistic goals connected to patterns, emotional regulation, and daily functioning, while allowing flexibility as insight and needs evolve.

Our first session

In our first session, we focus on building rapport and understanding what brings you in. I move at your pace, creating a collaborative, low-pressure space to explore your goals and past experiences. We’ll also review the therapy process so you feel informed and comfortable.
