My focus
I enjoy working with all types of people who have some type of motivation for therapy. Sometimes it can be difficult to feel all in when we make commitments; however, making the effort is most important, and wonderful changes can occur when commitment is present. I am comfortable with a variety of issues because of my experience.
My approach
As each person is different, the therapeutic technique used with an individual can vary. I custom fit my approach for my client rather than forcing a technique that will not best work towards a client's goals. I am kind and caring, however, also direct and honest, which makes all the difference when making serious progress.
