Whether you've been in therapy before or this is your first time, I welcome you and am proud of you for taking this first step. I provide individual therapy to adults struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and relationship issues, and looking to find collaborative and supportive approaches to feeling better.
My focus
I work with adults who are trying to manage anxiety, learn ways to increase self-esteem, challenge negative thoughts, and find ways to cope with the ups and downs of life. If you are open to exploring patterns of behaviors and thoughts, I can help create a plan to meet your therapy goals in a compassionate and non-judgmental space.
My approach
I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to understand negative thoughts and beliefs and how those thoughts affect patterns of behaviors and mood. I am flexible with adjusting depending on your needs. Most importantly, I want you to feel heard and supported and be open to finding interventions that can help you feel better.
