My journey to mental healthcare

My path to becoming a therapist began with a deep interest in understanding human behavior and helping others navigate the complexities of their emotions and relationships. I was drawn to how our thoughts and feelings shape our lives, which inspired me to pursue training in mental health counseling.

My goals for you

A strong foundation is the basis of all healthy relationships, and I mirror that in our work together. I create a safe space where you lead the process at your own pace while I gently challenge you when necessary. My goal is to empower you toward meaningful, lasting change.

During our initial session, I'll seek to understand what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain. We'll collaboratively develop goals tailored to your needs, with the understanding that only you know the full range of your lived experiences. I'm honored to walk alongside you as you come back home to yourself.
