My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a therapist began with a passion for understanding people and helping them navigate life's challenges since my elementary school days. Becoming a therapist was my life goal since my early years.

My goals for you

I help clients reach their goals by combining insight with action. Together, we identify what's keeping them stuck, develop practical tools to manage difficult thoughts and emotions, and create clear steps toward meaningful change.

Our first session

First session will deal with going over our intake. Following sessions, follow the structure of checking in with the day, and then identifying one to two issues to discuss for the day, and finishing off with reviewing positives that occurred throughout the week to finish on a good note.
