I work with clients navigating addiction, anxiety, borderline personality, depression, grief, infertility, life transitions, mood disorders, parenting, relationship issues, self esteem, stress, substance use, transgender issues, women's issues, gender identity, LGBTQIA+ concerns, panic attacks, trauma, and PTSD.

My approach is skills-based, using mostly CBT and DBT skills, along with trauma-informed and solution-focused therapy.

My communication style

I am very non-judgmental and like to create an open space that is comfortable to discuss all concerns. I validate what is valid; however, I will be gently direct when needed.

I have done years of therapy in my life before I became a therapist, and I like to pay it forward.
