My approach
My approach varies based on your unique needs. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you break free from "not good enough" and "what if" thinking patterns. I incorporate Mindfulness in most treatments, teaching healthy skills to slow down and be present versus drowning in momentary emotions.
