Hi there, I'm Quinsea!

I'm Quinsea (she/her) and I'm a licensed clinical social worker and ADHD coach. As someone who also has ADHD, I love providing support and tools to make your life a little more functional. We can't rely on typical approaches when it comes to ADHD, I help you think of realistic approaches that will work with your unique brain functioning.

My focus

I work with adults with ADHD and other co-occurring mental health disorders. ADHD rarely shows up on it's own and it's important to treat all challenges together if possible. Aside from ADHD, I work with client who also experience depression, anxiety, trauma and stress.

My approach

Every session is individualized and I bring out what tools I think would benefit you specifically. I use a mixture of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Coaching, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, Supportive Therapy and Strengths Based Therapy.
