My focus
I work with women and mothers during pregnancy and postpartum who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, overwhelm, stress, or identity changes. I offer a supportive space to help you feel understood, regulated, and connected during this transition.
My approach
My approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and strengths-based. I draw from play therapy, psychodynamic, attachment-based, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) approaches to support each client’s unique needs. I also incorporate mindfulness practices to help build self-awareness, regulate the nervous system, and foster a deeper connection.
