Hello, my name is Jefferson Rogers I have over 25 years of experience working in the field. I employ a strength-based approach, incorporating cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused brief therapy. I have experience working with first responders. I am straightforward with clients, while also being understanding in order to challenge them to achieve their goals.

I am providing individual counseling helping clients make positive changes in their lives. I typically treat depression, anxiety, grief, sex addiction, and stress related to life.

My journey to mental healthcare
I had always wanted to be a therapist as I have enjoyed helping people since I was young. I felt like being a therapist was a good match for my personality. I truly enjoy working as a therapist.
My goals for you
I speak to clients about their goals and during the course of treatment discuss goals again to see if they have changed and evaluate the progress.
My first session with you
The first session is an intake session to get to know each other and see what the client is looking for in therapy.
