Healing doesn't come from outside of you; it comes from within. You already have the tools you need to cultivate greater calm, agency, and connection.
My focus
I work primarily with individuals still finding their way in life, for whom trauma responses have become barriers to self-acceptance, self-love, and meaningful connection. Do you feel overwhelmed, lost, or stuck? Perhaps you fear being too much or not enough, that being fully yourself will invite judgment.
My approach
My approach is integrative, trauma-informed, and heart-centered. I meet you where you are, without judgment, and guide you at your own pace. Through somatic therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based self-compassion, and other techniques, I help you develop deeper awareness of your thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations.
