I work with adults of any age and teenagers. Most of the conditions I treat are anxiety, depression, and trauma.

Through evidence-based practices like EMDR therapy, we'll overcome the pain of the past and get you oriented to the present and a better future. I also integrate CBT, Mindfulness, and Acceptance therapy.
