I bring a wealth of knowledge and understanding to my practice. I have a background working with adults, adolescents, and families who are navigating the complexities of life's challenges. Our sessions will be goal-oriented towards the life challenges you want to overcome.

My focus

I have experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community, which can bring unique stressors and societal pressures that require a compassionate and informed approach. I am deeply passionate about facilitating my clients' journeys toward greater authenticity, connection, and fulfillment.

My approach

I have specialized training in working with those experiencing trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, grief, and loss. I am passionate about helping clients create a balanced and fulfilling life. I am certified in Brainspotting, Motivational Interviewing, and CBT.
