I help individuals strengthen coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and build confidence in managing life's challenges. My experience in mental health, medical, family, and correctional settings supports meaningful growth and lasting change.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey into social work began through foster care experiences in my family. I have supported children with developmental, medical, and mental health challenges in pediatric, PICU, and oncology settings. I now use that experience to help adults create meaningful change and emotional well-being.

My goals for you

I partner with clients to identify meaningful goals, build on their strengths, and develop practical strategies for change. Together, we track progress, strengthen coping skills, and work toward lasting improvements in emotional well-being. Bilingual services available in English, Spanish, and Spanglish.

Our first session

In our first session, we'll get to know each other, review informed consent, confidentiality, and the therapy process. We'll discuss your current concerns, explore what brought you to therapy, and identify goals that align with your needs. My goal is to create a supportive, collaborative, and comfortable environment.
