My communication style is warm, direct, and judgment-free. I believe in meeting clients where they are and creating a space where honesty feels safe. I check in often to make sure we're on the same page, and I welcome questions and pushback. This is your care, and I want you to feel like an active voice, a driver of this journey, not a passenger.

My journey to mental healthcare

My path in behavioral health began 10+ years ago in bedside nursing, where I wanted a bigger role in my patients' mental health journeys, rather than brief inpatient care. Working in ICU/Telemetry during the COVID-19 pandemic deepened my understanding of grief, PTSD, trauma, depression, and anxiety.

My goals for you

I work with patients to set treatment goals that are realistic, meaningful, and truly theirs. We start by talking through what "better" actually looks like for them, then break that down into small, manageable steps so progress feels achievable instead of overwhelming. We also check in regularly to see what's working and adjust what isn't.

Our first session

Our first session will be about getting to know each other under no pressure or judgment. We'll talk through what's bringing you in and any relevant history. It's a conversation, not an interrogation. Together, we'll start shaping a plan around your goals, so you leave feeling heard and clear on next steps.
