I work with adolescents and adults navigating foster care, domestic violence, medical challenges, incarceration impacts, and life transitions. I support those facing trauma, depression, anxiety, self-esteem concerns, crisis, anger, conflict, grief, and loss.

I offer a nonjudgmental, client-centered approach. I'm patient and respect the time it takes to build trust. I believe words are powerful and help clients shift language patterns that feed negative thinking.

My journey to mental healthcare

I've always been drawn to supporting others, whether through community work, mentoring, or direct service. Helping people navigate challenges and find their strength feels like a natural extension of who I am.
