I help clients overcome anxiety and depression by understanding the root of these emotions and working through trauma, big or small. With a background as a certified personal trainer, I work with people who are open to understanding the importance of mind and body health and motivated for change.

I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, PTSD and trauma, disordered eating, and identity issues including LGBTQIA+. I have a passion for integrating physical and mental health and am comfortable working with clients around food, diet, or weight-related issues.
My approach
My approach is client-centered and integrative, customizing treatment using evidence-based therapies primarily focused on trauma-focused EMDR and IFS, but also including DBT, CBT, EFT, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness-based approaches.
