My goal is to help people. That simple! Taking the first step to seek therapy can be scary and sometimes intimidating. I provide a safe space for clients to feel comfortable in sharing their experiences to discover their path to healing and living a meaningful and fulfilling life.
My approach
I meet clients where they are and customize treatment to their needs by utilizing evidence-based practices that are effective. My therapeutic approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Gestalt therapy, Humanistic therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered therapy, Psychodynamic therapy, and Solution-Focused therapy.
My focus
I work with individuals and couples. My specialties include helping clients with anxiety, anger management, developing coping skills, overcoming depression, and improving self-esteem.
My communication style
I communicate with openness and compassion, fostering a comfortable environment for sharing. My approach is adaptable, meeting you where you are. I listen intently to understand your unique experiences and needs, and provide supportive guidance to help you find your own path to healing and fulfillment.
My journey to mental healthcare
I earned my Master of Science (MS) degree from the University of Phoenix, where I studied from January 2014 to May 2017. I completed my clinical hours for licensure at Twin Town Treatment Center in Torrance, CA from July 2016 to May 2017.
My goals for you
My goal for you is to provide a safe, comfortable space where you can openly share your experiences. I aim to help you discover your own path to healing and living a meaningful, fulfilling life.
