I work with clients experiencing disruptions in everyday living with depression and anxiety symptoms interfering with relationships and responsibilities. I assist individuals and families in navigating their way to positive outcomes.

I help clients explore options for managing symptoms, whether financial insecurities or adjustment concerns in employment, family, or life transitions. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Crisis Intervention, Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Person-Centered approaches.
