I am trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing (MI). These modalities help me work best alongside you to help you feel more in control of your emotions. I may use other techniques and skills to support your unique goals.
