Hi there, I'm Melissa!

I value growth and learning in myself and for my clients. I have been working in the field since 2022 and graduated from a well-respected in-person program. I welcome new challenges and want to see others live fully.

My focus

I work from a trauma lens and love to help people make connections from their past that help explain how they live now. I believe that knowledge is powerful and can help people to better understand themselves, which can lead to change and healing.

My approach

I try to match interventions with what best fits for the client and the situation. I use an eclectic approach and attempt to see the problem through the client's eyes while offering different perspectives.
