My communication style

My communication style is direct, grounded, and compassionate. I value honesty and clarity, and I’m not afraid to name what’s happening in the room, but I do so with care and respect. Growth happens when we can speak openly, reflect thoughtfully, and even bring lightness into the process, because after all, we're just human beings doing our best.

My journey to mental healthcare

I help individuals, couples, and families identify unhealthy patterns, improve communication, and build stronger, more secure connections. Together, we increase insight, strengthen boundaries, and create meaningful, lasting change rooted in self-awareness and accountability.

My goals for you

I have helped clients to challenge behaviors and thinking that can be maladaptive. These include addiction issues, self-harm, disordered eating behaviors, self-esteem issues, identity issues, and trauma as well. I have seen couples come into therapy who learn to communicate and find that they can meet their needs in helpful, sustainable ways.

Our first session

I know this can be a bit overwhelming, and there might be a lot of questions running through your mind, and that's totally normal with this process. Our first session will be answering those questions, getting to know each other, and discussing goals for therapy.
