My name is Juana Infante. I'm a bilingual, bicultural, Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My approach to therapy is client-centered. I have experience working with adults and older adults for over 20 years.

My approach

My approach to providing therapy typically involves using a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach. However, I have experience using Culturally Sensitive, Person-Centered, Strength-Based, Mindfulness-Based (MBCT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Eclectic.

My focus

I have extensive experience in working with adults and older adults. Areas of specialization include life transitions, mood disorders, relationship issues, and end-of-life issues.

I believe that therapy is a collaborative process based on trust, sincerity, compassion, and patience.
