Hi there, I'm Amy!

I work to support clients to live authentically, particularly Trans and Gender Diverse folks. I strongly believe in and support every individual's right to self-determination.

My focus

I have been working almost exclusively with Trans and Gender Diverse clients, and while prior to that I had a mixed clientele have focused on supporting people to explore gender. This includes addressing depression, anxiety, familial strain, and increasing social support.

My approach

I generally describe my approach as eclectic and client-centered. I have yet to find one approach that works for everyone. I do utilize a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach frequently while collaborating with clients to determine their goals of treatment and the best means of reaching those.
