My experience has been primarily with working with children and adolescents dealing with trauma and challenging life circumstances. I aim to provide a calm and safe environment to process traumatic situations and to help my clients achieve self-actualization.

I am happy to work with any client, of any age and any therapeutic concern. My experience has led me to specialize in Trauma-informed care, I have worked with clients who experienced early childhood trauma as well as more recent traumatic experiences. No matter how long ago it was, it is never too late to heal!
My approach
I take a person-centered (Rogerian/Humanistic) approach, which means that I aim to make each individual feel like they are heard! This is YOUR therapy, and my goal is to help you get the therapeutic experience you will most benefit from. I also work with CBT, TF-CBT, Strength-Based, and Solution-Focused theories.
