Hi there, I'm Adrianna!

I am an LPCC that believes therapy is most effective when it is tailored to the needs of each individual; therefore, change begins with a strong therapeutic relationship. I use psychoeducation to help clients gain insight and build a shared understanding of the therapeutic process. Areas of focus: Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, and Attachment.

My focus

I work with clients of all ages and backgrounds. Although I have experience supporting individuals with a variety of concerns, the majority of my clinical work has centered on adults and trauma-related issues.

My approach

My approach is eclectic and integrates person-centered with evidence-based interventions, drawing from EMDR, CBT, IFS, Solution Focused, Psychodynamic, Family, Art and Play Therapy techniques. As a trauma-focused therapist, I strive to create a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.
