Hi there, I'm Kendra!

I work with adults navigating anxiety, stress, and life transitions, especially those used to holding it all together. Therapy is a collaborative puzzle; you bring the pieces, and together we’ll make sense of the bigger picture, helping you slow down, reconnect, and grow.

My focus

I work with adults navigating life’s transitions. From students finding their footing, to professionals balancing success and burnout, to parents holding it all together. I’m especially passionate about supporting Black women while creating space for rest, joy, and growth for all.

My approach

I meet you where you are, moving at a pace that feels right for you. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), we’ll explore how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors connect. I create a space to pause, be seen, and build tools for healing, balance, and growth.
