My focus
You may be feeling lost. With lots of questions that you want answered, like why is my anxiety so high? Why can't I enjoy my favorite hobby? When will I stop feeling so shitty? We will look at the situation, look at your beliefs, your internal dialogue, and work to shift your perspective to one that is helpful.
My approach
I take an eclectic approach and utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I highly value the therapeutic relationship and seek to make each person feel comfortable enough to be uncomfortable in therapy.
