I think the therapeutic space is a safe place to try on new ideas or ways of interacting to see how change feels and whether a new approach is more in alignment with how you see yourself. I enjoy using real-life situations to process and analyze how it feels, what the costs and benefits are, and what you want to achieve.

My journey to mental healthcare

I began my journey to becoming a therapist and then followed my own path of parenting before returning to the work as a more seasoned individual. I love doing the work of therapy because there's nothing like seeing someone experience more freedom, feel better, and be more capable of being their true selves.

My goals for you

I like to collaborate with you to see what is important and what you'd like to work on. I have deep respect for your autonomy and your right to direct your own life.

Our first session

You can expect to find a gentle, amiable person with an easy laugh who will follow your lead. I am patient to allow you to gain trust and a sense of security before taking the risk to open up.
