Hello, my name is Rosalva Escanuela-Starkweather and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who assists clients to take the first step in mental health wellness to improve their daily function has been a passion of mine. Each individual is unique and requires their own treatment plan and approach. Assist the client with identifying their goals.
My approach
My approach is client-centered. I believe in meeting the needs of the client based on their level of functioning. I will work collaboratively with my clients to identify their strengths and/or concerns.
My focus
Therapy for anxiety, Fear, and Stress. Therapy for Depression and Mood changes; therapy for Teens; Therapy for Trauma, Abuse and Neglect; Therapy for grief and loss; Adoption process.

Provide a welcoming environment that is safe, nurturing, and judgment-free.

The first session consists of meeting the client and getting to know them. This session consists of therapy expectations while providing a safe environment for the client to discuss their concerns. Providing resources to assist with their mental health journey. The sessions are typically structured to create progress.
