My journey into therapy began with my own struggles, challenges, & the work required to process those challenges. I have learned the power of therapy in healing & I firmly believe that healing is available for everybody.

In your first therapy session, we will discuss what brings you to therapy. It’s a time to get to know each other & discuss how we will proceed in your healing journey.
