I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in private practice in San Francisco. I bring 25+ years of experience working with individuals & youth across Family Service agencies and Bay Area schools — serving clients from diverse backgrounds, varied life experiences, and across a broad range of clinical needs.

My focus

My focus is the mental and emotional health of individuals, families, and children. I serve adults, children, adolescents, and any and all family members.

My therapeutic approach is tailored to support the social and emotional well-being of each individual and family member I work with. In our work together, you can expect to build stronger communication, deepen self-awareness, enrich your relationships, and develop practical skills that support lasting change — in and beyond the therapy room.

My journey to mental healthcare

I’m a native San Franciscan, and a graduate of Lowell High School, & Whitman College, where I earned a BA in Psychology. I received a master's degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of San Francisco. I grew up in a family of medical professionals and social workers, and always planned on a career helping people.

My goals for you

My treatment planning method is collaborative and responsive. Our work together will be relationship-based, working through an attachment and developmental lens. It is grounded in humanistic values and informed by evidence-based practices and outcomes.

Our first session

At your first session, we will discuss previous therapy experience (if any), your understanding of therapy, what you plan on working on in therapy together, and complete initial treatment planning in a collaborative process.
