Hi there, I'm Dr. Stacy!

I provide psychotherapy for children ages 6 to 8, helping them navigate anxiety, grief, and emotional overwhelm. With nearly 30 years of experience, I offer a warm, creative space where kids use play, art, and stories to express feelings, build coping skills, and grow with support that reassures parents.

My focus

My primary focus is on children ages 6 to 8 who may be experiencing anxiety, grief, or difficulty expressing emotions. I also work with older children and preteens who struggle with self-esteem, worry, or behavioral challenges. I tailor therapy to help them develop confidence, coping skills, and emotional understanding.

My approach

My approach is gentle, creative, and developmentally appropriate. I use expressive arts, storytelling, mindfulness activities, and calming techniques to help children express their feelings and develop resilience. I also work with parents to guide routines, communication, and strategies that reinforce progress at home and school.
