Through my own healing journey, I've been gifted the opportunity to break generational traumas and make change for myself and future generations. It has been a blessing to help others experience the same.

Together we will identify and establish your goals, and collaboratively embark on the journey of reaching them.

Our first session

We'll become acquainted, establish a safe space for open communication, and identify current and past traumas, stressors, and barriers. Together we'll explore your goals for therapy. I'll explain my specialty approaches in depth, and we'll decide what best fits you.
