I work with children, adolescents/teenagers, and adults who experience PTSD, trauma, complex trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, behavior, and emotional disorders in children, using a Humanist/Person-Centered approach.
My focus
I have found that my style and approach have allowed me to provide support, self-awareness, skills, and growth throughout the many life challenges one can experience throughout a lifespan, such as depression, anxiety, stress, lack of motivation, being overwhelmed, existential crises, and adjusting to life's cycles of changes.
My approach
I am a Person-Centered approach therapist who incorporates various modalities such as Mindfulness, CBT, TF-CBT, Solution Focused, Psychodynamic, Motivational Interviewing, and ACT, to meet each client where they are and use skills/interventions that best fit their individual needs.
